Terms and Conditions Referral Program

Welcome to Lead Prosper (“Lead Prosper,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Lead Prosper Customer Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Referrer") agree to these Terms, which are a binding agreement between you and Lead Prosper ("Company," "we," "us").

  1. ELIGIBILITY
  • Participation in the Program is open to both customers and non-customers of Lead Prosper.
  • The referred party ("Referral") must be a new customer who has never previously signed up for a Lead Prosper account.
  1. REFERRAL PROCESS
  • To refer a potential customer, you must complete and submit the referral form available on the LeadProsper.io website.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information about the Referral in the form, including the Referral’s contact details and any other required fields.
  • Lead Prosper will review the referral and contact the Referral to confirm their interest. Referrals must complete the registration process and make a qualifying purchase as defined in Section 4 for the Referrer to receive a reward.
  1. REFERRAL REWARDS

Referrers can earn rewards based on the progress of the referred customer through three distinct stages of the sales process. The rewards are structured as follows:

  • Stage 1: Qualified Lead

    When the referred individual completes the first sales stage, which includes:

    • The referral is verified as a new, non-duplicate lead within our system.
    • The referral participates in a qualification call and is deemed eligible for a product demo.
  • Stage 2: Sales Opportunity

    Upon moving further through the pipeline, when the referral:

    • Completes a product demo.
    • Is requalified and remains in the sales pipeline without immediate removal after the demo.
  • Stage 3: New Client

    Once the referral becomes an official Lead Prosper client, the following criteria must be met:

    • The new client has completed the first 30 days without requesting a refund.
    • The client renews their subscription after the initial 30-day period.
  • Rewards will be processed within 5-7 business days after the Referral has met all eligibility criteria.
  • Lead Prosper reserves the right to change the referral reward at any time, with or without notice.
  1. QUALIFYING PURCHASES
  • Trial accounts, free accounts, and accounts created with promotional credits are not eligible for referral rewards.
  1. LIMITATIONS
  • Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn rewards.
  • Referrals must be legitimate prospective clients, and any attempt to provide false or misleading information in the referral form will result in disqualification.
  1. TAX REPORTING
  • You are responsible for any taxes due on referral rewards. Lead Prosper may be required to issue a Form 1099 for any rewards earned over a certain threshold.
  1. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
  • Lead Prosper reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, rewards will only be honored for referrals made prior to the termination date.
  1. DISQUALIFICATION
  • Lead Prosper reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referral who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise engages in behavior that is harmful to the integrity of the Program.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Lead Prosper shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to delays in processing rewards or incorrect issuance of rewards.
  1. GOVERNING LAW
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
